Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life happens, and I’m always happy to work with you when unexpected situations come up.

Please provide at least (24 Hours) notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

No-Shows or appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will be changed 100% of the scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so I can sty on time for the next client. If your appointment cannot be completed, a late cancellation fee may apply.
